The Raceday Stewards granted a request from K J Condon, trainer of, Summer Sent You, for an additional 10 minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i). Summer Sent You was subsequently withdrawn by order of the Raceday Stewards as it failed to present on time.
A.J. Slattery, rider of Spectrolyte, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very keen on the way to the start.
212B1 O'Driscolls Irish Whiskey H'capR. Donaghue-Leahy, rider of Romantic War, trained by J.G. Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount pulled a shoe on the way to the start.
N.M. Crosse, rider of Garryowen Green, trained by Andrew McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was squeezed leaving the stalls.
N.G. McCullagh, rider of Roman Harry, trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount anticipated the start.
212B2 O'Driscolls Irish Whiskey H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sands Castle, trained by Adrian Sexton, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident close to the winning line involving Dynamic Force, ridden by Resse Holohan, and The Blue Panther, ridden by Nicola Burns, where it appeared they both drifted right and came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
L.F. Roche, rider of Darwin's Angel, trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
S.M.Duffy, trainer of Darwin's Angel, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was showing signs of being in season. This was confirmed by an IHRB Veterinary Officer.
Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Miqdaad, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount didn't handle the ground.
212C John Fleming Irish EBF Marble City StksS. Foley, rider of Echo Inferno (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount pulled up injured.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Echo Inferno (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on its right fore.
212D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dnThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Blue Orquidea, ridden by M.T. Sheridan, Elmakaya, ridden by C.D. Hayes, Star Of Beauty, ridden by D.W. O'Connor, and Wearing Stars, ridden by R.P. Whelan where it appeared Star Of Beauty had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. M.T Sheridan stated that he received contact from the right. D. W. O'Connor stated that he received a little pressure from both sides. R.P Whelan stated that his mount changed leads and shifted left. C.D Hayes stated that he did not contribute to the incident. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident where, Duchess Of Kenli (FR), ridden by J.M. Sheridan,and Vishaya, ridden by D. Browne McMonagle, bumped in the straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
D.W. O'Connor, rider of Star Of Beauty, trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had to take a check for a stride in the straight.
R.P. Whelan, rider of Wearing Stars, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount changed leads turning into the straight.
W. Joyce, rider of Mrs Lady Bella, trained by Seamus G. O'Donnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.
212E Highway Safety Developments H'capAdam Caffrey, rider of No More Porter, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the last half furlong.
212F Tote Apprentice H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Magna Gee Gee, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
