The Raceday Stewards informed D.M. Christie, trainer of Western Ability, that a repeat performance from his charge, who refused to race, may render the animal liable to a suspension in the future.

The Raceday Stewards fined Conor David Maxwell, trainer, €65 for failing to fit the declared cheekpieces to Rose Of Kalanisi, prior to entering the parade ring.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed B.W. Harvey, rider of Georgia Celena, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that B.W. Harvey was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for three racedays.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into the riders' first approach to the starter involving Custers Mistake, ridden by R. Deegan, Benz, ridden by M.P. O'Connor, Rose Of Kalanisi, ridden by K.E Buckley, Intersky Sunset, ridden by J.P. O'Sullivan, Peg Of The Hills, ridden by Cian Cullinan, Sir Carnegie, ridden by P. Hanlon, Georgia Celena, ridden by B.W. Harvey, Chapter Thirty, ridden by G.B. Noonan, Tiny Angel, ridden by G. Brouder, Avandra, ridden by E.M. O'Sullivan, Fireworks (FR), ridden by S. O'Callaghan, Ella Rose, ridden by H.E. Sexton, and Glaoinn An Airgead, ridden by P.M. O'Brien where it appeared all horses broke into a trot or canter before the flag was raised. Evidence was heard from the IHRB Starter. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned who all denied individually that they were in breach. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found all riders above were in breach of Rule 208(iii)(b). Having considered the clean records of M.P. O'Connor, K.E. Buckley, J.P. O'Sullivan, Cian Cullinan, B.W. Harvey, G. Brouder, E.M. O'Sullivan, and S. O'Callaghan, they suspended them for one raceday. Having considered the records of R. Deegan, P. Hanlon and P.M. O'Brien (second offences), they suspended them for two racedays. Having considered the records of H.E. Sexton and G.B. Noonan (third offences), they suspended them for three racedays.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed E. Staples, rider of Fool Me Once, trained by Gavin Cromwell, concerning his riding in the closing stages. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he never headed the horse on his inside and stopped riding because of the horses in front of him. Having viewed the recording and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that E. Staples was in breach of Rule 212(A)(iv)(by easing their mount without good reason) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they cautioned him on this occasion.

Anna McGuinness, rider of Tamlaght Eyes, trained by Gerald Stephen Quinn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount never travelled.

P. Hanlon, rider of Lady's Choice, trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

K. Callaghan, rider of Hob's Angel, trained by James M. Barcoe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
