212D Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Beg S'chThe Stewards requested a report from Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Grey Waters, placed first, as compared with its recent form over fences. Brendan Powell, Authorised representative of Joseph Patrick O'Brien reported that their charge made a mistake in a big field of runners and never got back into the race at Punchestown 3rd May and her more recent run over fences at Killarney 12th May again produced mistakes before being carried wide by a loose horse which effectively put an end to her run. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.
