The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C.P. Hoban rode Botanical Lady (reserve) , trained by H.Rogers (Race 3)

246B Tulsk H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Erich Bloch, trained by G.M.Lyons, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be stiff post race.

246C Athleague H'cap

The Stewards interviewed Mrs D.A.Love, trainer of All The Mollies, concerning the conduct of this horse who became fractious in the starting stalls and was withdrawn by order of the Stewards when breaking loose. Mrs D.A. Love explained the past difficulties that had been encountered with this animal both at home and on the racecourse. Having considered the explanation and noting that "All The Mollies" had a previous suspension for similar unruly behaviour, the Stewards suspended "All The Mollies" under Rule 14(iii) for 90 days from any future races being started from stalls

A.J. Slattery, rider of All About Maddy (GB) trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right throughout this race.

246D Irish EBF Supporting ICW (Fillies) M'dn

Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Askerana, trained by D. K. Weld, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the latter stages of this race involving Eria, ridden by D. O'Brien, placed third and Lighthouse Lady, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed second, where it appeared that Lighthouse Lady may have drifted into the racing line of Eria. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judges placings and took no further action.

W.J. Lee, rider of Lighthouse Lady trained by Edmond Kent, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran around when she hit the front in the closing stages.

The Stewards interviewed Edmond Kent, trainer of Lighthouse Lady, regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring. Evidence was heard from the trainer who stated that he was delayed collecting the saddle as the rider was in the sauna and furthermore he was relying on a temporary groom to assist him but he was delayed having led up in the previous race. . Having considered the evidence, the Stewards took into consideration the problems encountered by the trainer but reminded him of his responsibility to comply with Rule 32(ii) and cautioned him on this occasion.

246E Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dawn Of The West, trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

246F Roscommon Apprentice M'dn

N.M. Crosse, rider of Spirit Of Dawn trained by H.Rogers, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout this race.

246G Roscommon Racecourse H'cap

C.D. Hayes, rider of Franklyn trained by Aidan Anthony Howard, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran keen during this race.
