264A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

C.D. Hayes, rider of Alizarine (GB) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was hampered one and a half furlongs from the finish.

S.M. Crosse, rider of Perfect Thunder (GB) trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left in the straight.

264C Donate To The Coast To The Curragh H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Oh Purple Reign, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards interviewed A.J. Slattery, rider of Khafaaq (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, A.J. Slattery stated that he had sent his mount on early in the straight and in a strong finish he had lost count. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that A.J. Slattery was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended A.J. Slattery for one raceday.

B.M. Coen, rider of Double Kodiac trained by Leanne Breen, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stumbled about one hundred yards after the start of this race.

264D BetVictor Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sherkin Island, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

264E Irish Stallion Farms EBF Med Auct M'dn

L.T. McAteer, rider of Midnight Traveller trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left from about four furlongs out.

G.P. Halpin, rider of Kilmallock Lady trained by John Geoghegan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount reached for the ground and stumbled at the end of the back straight.

O.J. Orr, rider of Rural Capital trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly into stride on leaving the starting stalls.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Cliffs Of Malta trained by Anthony Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung a little in the straight.

The Stewards reviewed an incident at the end of the back straight where it appeared Kilmallock Lady stumbled and lost ground. Having reviewed the video of the incident and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no action was warranted.

264F Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'cap

M.A. Gallagher, rider of Kush trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran too free during this race.

Keith Henry Clarke, trainer of Harriet's Force, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge scoped dirty post race.

264G1 Irish Racing Working Together H'cap

R.P. Cleary, rider of Bosca Cheoil trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got carried across the track.

The Stewards reviewed an incident about one and a half furlongs from the finish involving Rockview Empress, ridden by D.W. O'Connor, unplaced and Evergreen And Red, ridden by P.A. Harnett, placed first, where it appeared that Evergreen And Red checked off Rockview Empress when that animal drifted left and across his racing line. Having reviewed the recording of that part of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no action was warranted.

The Stewards reviewed the closing stages of this race involving Jazz Dreamers, ridden by W.T. Byrne, placed second and Bosca Cheoil, ridden by R.P. Cleary, placed third, where it appeared that both horses drifted. Having reviewed the recording of that part of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Dangeroffizz trained by T.G.McCourt was found to have blood at both nostrils post race.

264G2 Irish Racing Working Together H'cap

R.P. Cleary, rider of Sideshow Bob trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount reared up on leaving the starting stalls.
