309A Paddy Power Don't Mind Flat 3-Y-O H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Bestaline (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

S.F. O'Keeffe, rider of Starlight Rose trained by Thomas Dowling, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount refused to race.

The Stewards advised Thomas Dowling, trainer of Starlight Rose, that a repeat performance from his charge, who refused to race, may render the animal liable to suspension in the future.

309B Paddy Power Is It Cold Enough H'cap Hdle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined From The Ashes, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have an abrasion on its right fore lateral heel but to be otherwise post race normal.

A. McCurtin, rider of Delightfantastic trained by John J. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the faller.

J.B. Foley, rider of Globetrottersivola (FR) trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake and was pulled up.

At the request of the Stewards, P. Byrnes, rider of From The Ashes, trained by C. Byrnes, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount found todays going too quick and never travelled.

309C Paddy Power Feel Like A Favourite H'dle

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Abacadabras (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount sustained an injury and was pulled up.

309D Paddy Power Games M'dn H'dle

D.E. Mullins, rider of No Bodder trained by Anthony Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made several jumping errors and was pulled up.

309F Paddy Power 'Bingoton' H'cap H'dle

M.P. Walsh, rider of Glenquin Castle trained by Martin Brassil, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action.

309G Irish Stall. Farms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

The Stewards interviewed Mr T. Hamilton, rider of Intertwine (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation and apologised. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. T. Hamilton was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g, excessive frequency. Having considered Mr. T. Hamilton's record in this regard the Stewards suspended Mr. T. Hamilton for one raceday.
