S. Foley, rider of Missemma trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

The Stewards interviewed Sorcha Woods, rider of Drummond Warrior, concerning her use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In her evidence, Sorcha Woods stated that she had made the running and wanted to keep her mount rolling away in front, but accepted that she was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that Sorcha Woods was in breach of regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered her record, they suspended her for 3 racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Coffeemeanscoffee, trained by Tom McGuinness, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

312D Blackcastle H'cap

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Ecclesiastical (GB) trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount fly leaped on leaving the starting stalls.

The Stewards interviewed N.M. Crosse, rider of Huddle Up, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he was in a tight finish, on tiring ground, but accepted he was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that N.M. Crosse was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, pursuant to Regulation 10.6(a) they suspended him for 7 racedays and instructed him to attend R.A.C. E. for 1 day's tuition on the correct use of the whip.

The Stewards fined Mrs John Harrington, trainer, €65 for fitting cheek pieces to Hell Bent, prior to entering the parade ring which had not been declared under Rule 194.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Silaiyli trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away from the starting stalls.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lifetime Legend, trained by A. Oliver, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

312G1 Racing Again Sunday 7th November H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Wish Me, trained by Miss Jennifer Anne Lynch, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race. Samples were taken for analysis.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Park Row trained by D P Coakley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled throughout this race.

Sam Ewing, rider of So Near So Farhh (GB) trained by C.A.McBratney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled throughout this race.

M.A. Enright, rider of Wish Me trained by Miss Jennifer Anne Lynch, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Bar Room Bore trained by F.Birrane, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount eased off down the back straight.

A representative for W.J. Martin, trainer of Bright Flame, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge scoped badly post race and was slow to recover.
