The Stewards fined D.McNamara, trainer €65 for fitting blinkers to Time And Times which had not been declared and ordered it’s removal.

R.A. Doyle, rider of Howaya Aoife trained by Gerard Keane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and was pulled up.

M.P. O'Connor, rider of Memory Of Youth trained by Mrs Denise Foster, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped very deliberately.

368C Navan Ford M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Belle Metal, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P. Townend, rider of Belle Metal trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a noise in running.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Dutch Schultz (GB) trained by Gavin Cromwell was noted to have blood at both nostrils post race.

368D Irish Stallion Owners EBF M'dn H'dle

P. Townend, rider of Deploy The Getaway trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right during this race.

D.N. Russell, rider of Glenglass trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a noise in running.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Glenglass, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have a deep graze on his left hind cannon and was tender to trot.

368E Mervyn Gray Construction M'dn H'dle

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Stone Mad trained by Martin Brassil, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was lame when pulled up in running.

368G Irish Thor. Welfare Council H'cap H'dle

P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Not So Simple trained by Norman Lee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

368H Future Champions INH Flat Race

The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr D. Maher, that Mr N. McParlan, rider of Hemlock (GB), placed fourth, had weighed in at 1.4 lbs light. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he arrived very late and had gone to the bathroom after weighing out. Mr T. Gibney, trainer, confirmed that he saddled his charge with the tack as presented to him. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr N. McParlan was in breach of Rule 231 (i) by failing to draw the correct weight and in accordance with the provisions of this Rule, Hemlock (GB) was disqualified. The Stewards noted the explanations offered.

The amended result now reads;
