Supplies Doors & Floors M'dn H'dleUnder the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Soldiers Hill, trained by Gordon Elliott, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.
P. Townend, rider of Eden Flight (FR) trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped very quickly leaving the back straight.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Eden Flight (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
At the request of the Stewards, B.J. Geraghty, rider of Impatient Partner, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped well and he felt he was close enough if good enough.
At the request of the Stewards, M.A. Enright, rider of Memory Of Youth, trained by Mrs Denise Foster, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was one of the first off the bridle and never really travelled.
321E TheTote.com Fortria S'chaseD.N. Russell, rider of Doctor Phoenix trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was outpaced and hung right.
321G The Hotel Park St Johann H'cap H'dleThe Stewards enquired into the fall of Howluckycanwebe, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, who fell on the flat turning into the home straight. D. J. O'Keeffe reported that his mount fell independently of any other horse for no apparent reason. Having considered the report the stewards took no further action
321H Kevin Bell Trust (Pro-Am) INH Flat RaceThe Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Dexter Tiger (FR), ridden by Mr M.J. O'Hare and Happie Days, ridden by S.F. O'Keeffe, where it appeared Dexter Tiger clipped heels, stumbled and unseated the rider. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S.F. O'Keeffe stated that his mount attempted to run out and when corrected, the animal over reacted into the pathway of Dexter Tiger causing him to clip a heel. Mr. M.J. O'Hare confirmed this evidence. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards accepted the explanations offered and took no further action.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Joshua Webb, trained by Noel Meade, was reported to have blood at the left nostril post race.
