The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C. D. Hayes replaced L.F. Roche on Sindria, trained by D. K. Weld (Race 5)(Intended mount a non runner).

127B Royal Ascot Trials At Naas H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Va Va Vroom, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right.

Kate Harrington, Authorised representative for Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Va Va Vroom, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge scoped badly post race.

127C Owenstown Stud Stakes

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Dunum, ridden by W.M. Lordan, unplaced, and Copacabana Sands, ridden by J.A. Powell, placed first, where it appeared Copacabana Sands edged out creating a gap. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W. M. Lordan stated that his race was run when the horse on his inner edged out and there was minor contact J. A. Powell stated that he felt there was a gap to go into and added that there was slight contact. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Mataariki (FR), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged right in the straight.

127D Nursery Of Champions H'cap

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident approximately one hundred and fifty yards from the winning post involving Killeaney Bear, ridden by A. J. Slattery, placed second, and Nakasero, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed fourth, where it appeared Nakasero had to check momentarily. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Killeaney Bear, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.

127E Twydil/Clovelly Irish EBF (Fillies) M'dn

P.A. Harnett, rider of Drama Queen, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

127F Coolmore Stud Irish EBF (F) Sprint Stks

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Simply Astounding (USA), trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R.L. Moore, rider of Simply Astounding (USA), trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a bad step leaving the stalls.

127G Goffs Lacken Stakes

R.L. Moore, rider of Whistlejacket, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount banged its head on the gates. Having viewed a recording of the stalls opening the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Bodhi Bear, trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he used his whip in the forehand position down the shoulder as a corrective measure as his mount was shifting right. Having viewed a recording of the race the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

127H Sole Power Sprint Stakes

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Magnum Force, trained by G.M.Lyons, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have a small wound on its upper gum but to be otherwise post race normal.
