S.W. Flanagan replaced J.M. Moore on Face The Odds, trained by Noel Meade (Race 7)(Stewards Permission)

180A Tom McCormack Memorial Cup (M) Mdn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined What Wonders Weave, trained by John Joseph Hanlon, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Iluvyounow, trained by W.J. Burke, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

John Joseph Hanlon, trainer of What Wonders Weave, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge was lame post race.

180B Follow Kilbeggan On Instagram M'dn H'dle

E. Walsh, rider of Tadhg R Liam trained by P.Cluskey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very green and jumped poorly. He further added that his saddle slipped in the closing stages.

180C Follow Kilbeggan On Twitter H'cap H'dle

R. Deegan, rider of Rathnaleen Tou trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Rathnaleen Tou, trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.

P.T. Enright, rider of Loughaneala Og trained by W.J. Burke, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the first hurdle.

180D1 Mullingar H'cap H'dle

The Stewards enquired into an incident after jumping the fourth last hurdle involving Mist On The Bog, ridden by P.T. Enright, placed fourth, Its All Grace, ridden by Mr W.T. Cronin, unplaced and Senorita Madore (GB), ridden by S.W. Flanagan unplaced, where it appeared Mist On The Bog had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P.T. Enright stated that Its All Grace rolled off the bend and he had to check for a stride, however it made no difference to his placing. Mr. W.T. Cronin stated that his mount rolled left once it got light but he corrected it immediately. S.W. Flanagan stated that he wasn't aware of the incident on his inside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards deemed the incident to be accidental in nature and took no further action.

180D2 Mullingar H'cap H'dle

A.W. Short, rider of Thekeyisnottopanic trained by C.W.J. Farrell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

180E KilbegganRaces.com H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Alohamora, trained by J.A. Nash, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined The Caddy Rose, trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

M.P. O'Connor, rider of Shumaker trained by Paul Traynor, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shumaker, at the request of trainer, Paul Traynor, and reported the animal post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Gealach trained by Mrs Denise Foster had a mucus nasal discharge post race.

180G Racing Again July 16th Beginners S'chase

The Stewards reviewed an incident on the bend before the last where it appeared Fred The Foot got tightened for room by Not Available. Having viewed the incident the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
