C.J. Orr, rider of Little Big Rocky trained by Patrick Downey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel during this race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Little Big Rocky, trained by Patrick Downey, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at the nostrils post race.

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Stewards granted permission for hurdle #5 to be omitted from this race

Sam Ewing, rider of Amarillo Rose trained by Liam Lennon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got very tired and was pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Daphne Moon, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

D.N. Russell, rider of Daphne Moon trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Stewards granted permission for hurdle #5 to be omitted from this race

The Stewards interviewed J.B. Kane, rider of Ocean Legacy, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. J.B. Kane admitted the offence without forwarding any excuse and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that J.B. Kane was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency and R10(3)(h) by using his whip with his arm above shoulder height. Having taken his clean previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended J.B. Kane for two racedays.

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Stewards granted permission for hurdle #5 to be omitted from this race

The Stewards requested a report from Ronan M. P. McNally, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Full Noise, placed first, as compared with its most recent run. Ronan M. P. McNally stated that at Fairyhouse on the 2nd of November his charge had been dropped in and ran very fresh and keen and stopped quickly. He added that a step up in trip on a slower surface coupled with his charge settling well today had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation given.

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Stewards granted permission for fences #6, 7 & 8 to be omitted from this race

001G Jump Into January (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ted Hastings, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

Mr R.W. Barron, rider of Summer Melody trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left in the straight.

Mr J.J. Codd, rider of Ted Hastings trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left.
