The Stewards fined J.G.Cosgrave, trainer, €65 for failing to fit the declared Sheepskin Cheek Pieces to No Trouble, prior to entering the parade ring.
345F Happy Christmas From All At Dundalk HcapThe Stewards received a report from P. L. Malone, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, that N.G. McCullagh, rider of War Hero, weighed in at 1.2 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Rule 231(iii) and having taken his record into account cautioned him.
345G Crowne Plaza Race & Stay H'capThe Stewards received a report from P.L. Malone, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, that L.T. McAteer, rider of Red Cymbal (GB) , weighed in at 1.3 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Rule 231(iii) and having taken his record into account cautioned him.
James J. Doyle, rider of Ticks The Boxes trained by Leanne Breen, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount met with interference shortly after leaving stalls.
D.E. Sheehy, rider of A Likely Story trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right for the first half of the race.
