Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Son And Sannie, trained by Richard Brabazon, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.

K.J. Manning, rider of Aisteoir trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount missed the break.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Abs Akula trained by Ms.M.Dowdall Blake, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away.

273C Manguard Plus Joe McGrath H'cap

G.P. Halpin, rider of Aurora Eclipse trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away.

K.J. Manning, rider of Master Matt (GB) trained by Matthew J. Smith, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount missed the break.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Fridtjof Nansen (GB) trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no run.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Only Spoofing trained by Jedd O'Keeffe (in GB), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped slightly right.

L.F. Roche, rider of Angelic Light trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount flattened out in the closing stages.

273D Treacy Group Apprentice H'cap

The Stewards interviewed D.N. Curran, rider of Acari, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and Regulation 10 3.(b)(unnecessary use of the whip after the horses chance of winning or being placed is clearly gone). Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended D.N. Curran for 4 racedays.

The Stewards interviewed L.T. McAteer, rider of Mother Vincent, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency). Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended L.T. McAteer for 2 racedays.

The Stewards interviewed W.T. Byrne, rider of Make Me Sway, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f)(force) and Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency). Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended W.T. Byrne for 2 racedays.

S.M. Mooney, rider of Lappet trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped.

273E Cross' SuperValu Newbridge H'cap

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Bopedro (FR), ridden by K.J. Manning, placed first, Quizical, ridden by O.J. Orr, placed fourth, Massa Lubrense, ridden by P.A. Harnett, placed fifth and Dare To Flare, ridden by A.J. Slattery, unplaced. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned in the presence of Ger Flynn, who accompanied P.A. Harnett. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings. They did, however, find that O.J. Orr was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly. Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended O.J. Orr for 2 racedays.

P.A. Harnett, rider of Massa Lubrense trained by John Geoghegan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was forced to check in the closing stages.

273G Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

R.P. Whelan, rider of Miss Clash trained by Emmet Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran keen early on but stopped quickly thereafter.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Miss Clash, trained by Emmet Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be making a respiratory noise post race.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Following a request from broadcasters, the Stewards granted permission for the following race delays:
Race 5 + 2 minutes,
Race 6 + 2 minutes,
Race 7 + 2 minutes.
