Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence, Tom Kiely Marshall stated that his mount was going backwards when he caught the hind part of Tall Story. J.A. Powell stated that he received pressure from The Cola Brasil and had to momentarily check. C. Martins stated that he switched right of Soilse which started to drift left.
