Moore stated that his mount was stuck on the rails and got into gap between Dubawi Spectre (GB) and Shadowed but the gap closed on his mount, a two year old having his first run. S.M. Crosse stated that he had the whip in his left hand when he let his mount down to run and he used it in that hand to stop his mount from going left but he jinked to the right at that point. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action.
