Jessica Maye, rider of Love Bomb, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that she dropped her rein just before the finish. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Aurora Mist, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left all the way.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Soulful Diva, trained by David Marnane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had not much luck in running.

K.J. Condon, trainer of Believe In Glory, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge lost a shoe in running.

Nicola Burns, rider of Sarahmae, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount reared when the gates opened and was slowly out.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident at around the one furlong marker involving Jorge Alvares, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed second, Bobbi Rosa (GB), ridden by S. Coen, unplaced and Lethimfly, ridden by R. Whearty, placed third, where it appeared Bobbi Rosa clipped a heel of Lethimfly. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.T. Keane stated that his mount is not straightforward and shifted right slightly when making his move forward. S. Coen stated that his mount caught the heel of Lethimfly. R. Whearty stated that his mount overreacted as Jorge Alvares went by. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Tropical Retreat, trained by Thomas Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount reared as the gates opened,was badly left behind and his saddle slipped.

S. Foley, rider of Beauty Queen, trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran a bit keen.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Denis Gerard Hogan, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Nezeeh, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The authorised representative of trainer Denis Gerard Hogan stated that the change in trip and a stronger fully fledged rider contributed to the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.

129D Signal Mutual M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the home straight involving No Alibi (USA), ridden by W.J. Lee, placed first and Stella Alpina, ridden by N.M. Crosse, placed second, where it appeared that an incident occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. N.M. Crosse stated that No Alibi came across him twice, making contact on the second time, he further stated that he had received interference twice. W.J. Lee stated that his mount edged out to the left and when corrected changed leads and moved left a second time. He further stated that he had made every effort to correct the movement. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alterations to the Judges placings and took no further action.

W.J. Lee, rider of No Alibi (USA), trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left under pressure.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Stella Alpina, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received a bump late on and was carried left.

129F Mallow (Fillies) M'dn

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Metamorphic (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

W.J. Lee, rider of Royal Entry, trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped very slowly from the gates.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Earthsong, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stood in the gates.

Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Metamorphic (GB), reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge scoped dirty post race.

129G Racing Again June 13th H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Rochester Mike, ridden by J. Pietropaolo, placed fifth and Warrior Lord, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed fourth, where it appeared contact was made. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J. Pietropaolo stated that his horse drifted into Warrior Lord twice but felt he had done his best to correct the movement. G.F. Carroll stated that his mount became tired in the final furlong. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

S. Foley, rider of Metamorpheus, trained by Richard John O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran a little keen.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Still Rolling, trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran very keen.
