The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

D. K. Weld, trainer of Hasanabad (Off-Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C. D. Maxwell rode Slainte (reserve) , trained by Sarah Dawson (Race 6)

168C Conachy's Dunleer Seat M'dn

R. Coakley, rider of Hannon trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

168D Hennessy & Perozzi H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Hey Little Boy (GER), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Construction trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

168E Devenish Nutrition (Fillies) H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident approximately two furlongs from the finish involving Cautious Approach (GB), ridden by A.J. Slattery, placed seventh, Lady Scathach, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, placed first and Stocai Ban, ridden by W.M. Lordan, unplaced, where it appeared that Cautious Approach and Stocai Ban ran short of room and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that N. G. McCullagh was guilty of careless riding(Rule 214) and suspended him from riding for two racedays.

168F Lougher Stables H'cap

The Stewards requested a report from Gavin Cromwell(trainer) into the apparent improvement in form of Ally Cay, placed, first compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that the improvement in form was as a result of the application of first time visors. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation.

The Stewards requested a report from Gavin Cromwell(trainer) as to the apparent improvement in form of Finsceal Rose, placed, second compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that he could not provide a reason but was of the opinion that she stayed well and that she had come from a long way back off a strong gallop. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation.

168G Racingtv.com (QR) Race

Mr M.J. O'Hare, rider of Humaniste, trained by E. J. O'Grady, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his saddle slipped early in the race .
