089A INPBA On Course Bookmakers Claiming Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Adapt To Dan, trained by Lee Smyth, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.

James J. Doyle, rider of Spirituoso (GB) trained by Lee Smyth, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the road crossings.

089B Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Brave Troop trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount reared up in the stalls and was carried off the first bend.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Sir Antonino trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a bad bump from the inside at the top of the bend.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Sun King trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a bad step at the first bend.

The Stewards reviewed an incident leaving the back straight involving Brave Troop, ridden by Siobhan Rutledge, Sir Antonino, ridden by D.P. McDonogh and Sun King, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, where it appeared Sun King took a false step and moved off the rails causing a knock-on effect to its outer. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Kieran Moody, rider of Je T'ai Porte trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away and didn't handle the track.

089D Thesaurus Software Rated Race

J. Coen, rider of Speedacus trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung slightly right throughout.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Daintree trained by J.G.Coogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the track early on.

G.P. Halpin, rider of Saliteh (GB) trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the track and his mount never got balanced.

089E A Case Of You H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Beleaguerment trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left from the stalls and was outpaced early on.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Bellick (GB) trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount suffered interference in the final furlong.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Marm trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got unbalanced in the closing stages. .

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the final furlong involving Inventor (GB), ridden by Jack Enright, Betrayed(GB) ridden by K.J. Manning and Bellick (GB), ridden by Siobhan Rutledge, where it appeared Inventor(GB) shifted out and bumped Bellick(GB) who then bumped Betrayed(GB). Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Siobhan Rutledge stated that her mount was staying on when she received contact from her left and she checked. K.J. Manning stated that he got a nudge from his inner. Jack Enright stated that he went to move out into a gap but his mount over exaggerated the move and leaned onto the horse on his outer. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that Jack Enright was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his record in this regard the Stewards suspended him for two race days.

The Stewards reviewed an incident in the backstraight involving Benkei, ridden by C.D. Hayes and Fryerns (GB), ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, where it appeared Fryerns came down and brought down Benkei. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Stewards enquired into an incident at the top of the straight involving Queen Of Jazz, ridden by James J. Doyle and Craic Eile, ridden by C.T. Keane, where it appeared Craic Eile ran short of room on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.T. Keane stated that as they got racing inside the two pole the track tends to throw runners out at which point he thought he had the horse to get by Queen of Jazz on the inner, by the time he gave a shout he had already been bumped. James J. Doyle stated that his horse had made the running, his mount began to labour and as soon as he heard a shout he straightened up. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found James J. Doyle, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard the Stewards suspended him for two race days.

089G Ornan Kitchens M'dn

W. Joyce, rider of Gold Haven trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away and never travelled.
