001D Tramore Medical Clinic H'cap H'dle

The Stewards requested a report from A.J. McNamara, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Lessofdnegativity, placed first, as compared with its recent run at Limerick on 17th November. Robert McNamara, Authorised representative of A.J. McNamara, reported that the riding instructions given the previous day meant that his charge was ridden up with a fast pace and eventually got headed and tired before the second last hurdle. Since that run his charge had a wind operation and a tongue strap was fitted today. Having been dropped in towards the rear today it allowed his charge to settle and in his opinion he was given a great ride by challenging along the inside and arriving late. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Djingle (FR) trained by John Queally, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly and was pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Djingle (FR) trained by John Queally was found to have mucus in the trachea on post race endoscopic examination.
