The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

David Wachman, trainer of Pearl Earing (declared in error) - €200

207A Irish Stallion Farms EBF Auction M'dn

C.P. Hoban, rider of Havanna Belle, trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran out of racing room inside the final furlong.

207B Ladies Day 7th August Nursery H'cap

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Intenser, trained by Brendan W.Duke, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

207C Foley's Bar & Off Licence H'cap

The Stewards requested a report from Patrick Martin, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Footprint, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that the horse disappointed on his last start in Galway, having been bumped at the start he raced freely and was unable to get any cover. He added that the return to softer conditions on a track that he is a multiple winner at, also contributed to the improvement in form. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

207E Sligo Weekender Apprentice M'dn

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Marty's Magic, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

207G Follow Sligo Races On Facebook H'cap

P.J. Smullen, rider of Wildcat Kitten (USA), trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount did not act on the ground.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Wildcat Kitten (USA), trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
