The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Henry de Bromhead, trainer of Bloodstone (Late withdrawal) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D.J. O'Keeffe rode Junior Rattler (reserve), trained by Oliver McKiernan (Race 5)
D. Meyler replaced M.P. Fogarty on Blackjack Boy, trained by E. McNamara (Race 1)(Rider administration error)
D.J. McInerney replaced M.P. Fogarty on Rocco Storm, trained by C.A.Murphy (Race 5)(Rider administration error).
B.J. Foley replaced G. Brouder on Kristian Goingwel, trained by Oliver McKiernan (Race 3)(Injured).
L.P. Quinlan replaced G. Brouder on Half Shot, trained by Norman Lee (Race 7)(Injured).

382A BRC McMahon Rated Novice H'dle

The Stewards interviewed Mr. P.A. King, rider of No Grey Area's, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. P.A. King was in breach of Regulation 10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record they cautioned him on this occasion.

382C Greenmount Equine Novice H'cap S'chase

G.B. Noonan, rider of Chesterville trained by Patrick Neville, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly.

The Stewards requested a report from Norman Lee, trainer. as to the apparent improvement in form of Johnnys Girl, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge had failed to handle the track on her previous run at Tramore. He felt a combination of being the bottom weight on testing ground conditions and the first time application of cheek pieces on this occasion had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report. the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

382D Grant Thornton H'dle

D.E. Mullins, rider of Galopin Des Champs (FR) trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled and was pulled up thereafter.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Galopin Des Champs (FR),trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race. Samples were taken for analysis.

382E Ryans Cleaning Event Specialists Mdn Hdl

T.N. Brett, rider of Fort William trained by John Patrick Ryan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left.

382F Racing Post H'cap H'dle

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Mattie's Mountain, ridden by G.P. Brouder, placed first and Pairc Na Ngael, ridden by S.D. Torrens, placed second, where it appeared Pairc Na Ngael met with interference and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings. They were, however. of the opinion that G.P. Brouder was in breach of Rule 214 (careless riding) and having considered his record they suspended him for 3 racedays.

G.P. Brouder, rider of Mattie's Mountain trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right.

S.D. Torrens, rider of Pairc Na Ngael trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount met with interference in the closing stages.
