The Stewards requested a report from Adrian McGuinness, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Raphael (GER), placed Place, as compared with its recent form. Adrian McGuinness stated that his charge can be very keen and that a change of bit today allowed him to settle much better. Furthermore, Mr. McGuinness stated that todays race was a massive drop in class and he felt that the combination of both these factors had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form when compared to his most recent runs. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

151D Easyclean H'cap

The Stewards fined Andrew McNamara, trainer, €65 for failing to fit cheek pieces to Amlad, prior to entering the parade ring.
