The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

A.J. Breslin rode Barbel (GER) (reserve) , trained by James McAuley (Race 7)

006A Hibernia Steel H'cap

K.J. Manning, rider of Strategic Heights, trained by John James Feane, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was unable to quicken after turning into the home straight, but stayed on past beaten horses late on.

006C Servisource Recruitment M'dn

The Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving Compatriot, ridden by G.F. Carroll, Crois Lion (USA), ridden by K.J. Leonard, Dignified Air (GB), ridden by Karen Reidy, Boketto, ridden by R. Coakley, and Kitsune (GB), ridden by G.P. Halpin, where it appeared Dignified Air (GB), Boketto and Kitsune (GB) suffered interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned, in the presence of Mr. Denis Coakley, representing Killian Leonard. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the interference was caused accidentally, namely as a result of inexperienced horses running freely, and they took no further action.

K.J. Leonard, rider of Crois Lion (USA) trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very green.

R. Coakley, rider of Boketto trained by Dermot Murphy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was hampered badly down the back straight.

006F1 Ashbrook Foods Apprentice H'cap

S.P. Davis, rider of You Gotta Move trained by M.G.Quinn, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right up the home straight.
