334A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards interviewed E.J. McNamara, rider of Kaminari, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10 3 (f), frequency and 10 3 (e), hitting of a horse other than down the shoulder or on the hind quarters and having considered his record, suspended him for two race days.

334B(i) Crowne Plaza Hotel Race & Stay App H'cap (Division One)

The Stewards interviewed C.R. King, rider of All Silver, concerning the fact that he appeared to move across before reaching the marker poles. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered evidence from the rider, in the presence of Michael Grassick, who accompanied him at the enquiry, the Stewards were of the opinion that C.R.King was in breach of Rule 211 and having considered his record, cautioned him as to his future responsibilities in this regard.

334E Floodlit Friday Nights Rated Race

C.P. Hoban, rider of Gun Shoot, trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount raced freely and hung badly.

334F Christmas Party Nights At Dundalk H'cap

R.P. Cleary, rider of Queen Of Alba, trained by Thomas Cleary, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lost her action in the straight.
