The following trainer was fined €200 for the non-notification of a Veterinary Certificate in accordance with the provision of Rule 194(v) (vi):

The Stewards fined Muredach Kelly, trainer, €130 for lodging a passport in respect of Lucky Boo, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

The Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after turning into the home straight involving Deep Speed, ridden by J.P. O'Brien, winner and Lean And Keen, ridden by J.P. Murtagh, placed second, where it appeared Deep Speed suffered slight interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion the interference was accidental in nature and took no further action.

331C Irish Stallion Farms EBF(C&G) M'dn

The Stewards fined Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, trainer, €130 for lodging a passport in respect of Osuileabhain (GB), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Senyuman, ridden by S. Foley, winner, Caged Lightning, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed second and Stynes, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed third. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judges placings and took no further action.

Patrick Michael Verling, trainer of Urban Venture, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge was showing signs of being in season post race.

331F(i) Crowne Plaza Leading Jockey&Trainer Hcap (Division One)

The Stewards enquired into an incident on the turn before the home straight involving Habesh, ridden by J.P. O'Brien, winner and Vim, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed second. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards advised J.P. O'Brien to ride with more care in future and took no further action.

F. Lynch, rider of Shahrafi trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount suffered interference on the turn before the home straight.
