The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

J.P. Murtagh, trainer of Mirann (FR) (declared in error) - €320

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

B.P. Kennedy rode Swiss Army Officer (reserve), trained by Kevin Thomas Coleman (Race 4).
A.J. Farragher rode Rayounpour (reserve), trained by M.Halford (Race 7)

137A Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction M'dn

The Stewards informed Mark Michael McNiff, trainer that Maedhbh, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Blueberry Faygo (GB) trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped.

137B Marble Hill Stakes

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shalaalaa (GB), trained by G.M.Lyons, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

137D Cork H'cap

R.P. Whelan, rider of Global Pass (GB) trained by Richard John O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action.

The Stewards interviewed P.A. Harnett, rider of Cartesienne, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that P.A. Harnett was in breach of Regulation 10.3 (g)(frequency) and having considered his record they suspended him for 1 raceday.

The Stewards interviewed D. McMonagle, rider of Caesar's Comet, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned in the presence of Ms. E O'Farrell, who accompanied D. McMonagle. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record they suspended him for 2 racedays.

137E Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Elite Craft (USA), trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

At the request of the Stewards, M.P. Sheehy, rider of Ballyvil, trained by Miss Ellmarie Holden, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away and raced very green.

At the request of the Stewards, R.P. Downey, rider of Donate (GB), trained by Garry Caldwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran very green and was slow to get into stride.

137F Cork Derby

T.E. Whelan, rider of Tudor City, trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that while racing about one and a half furlongs from the finish, he was forced to check his mount as a result of the horse in front of him stopping quickly.

137G Munster Oaks Stakes

O.J. Orr, rider of Search For A Song, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount slipped rounding the first bend and was pulled up as a result of this.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Hamariyna trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right.
