The Stewards interviewed Michael G. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards advised Mr. Kennedy that a repeat performance in the behaviour of his charge may render the animal liable to future suspension. Furthermore, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. O'Gorman was in breach of Rule 272 in that he had acted in a manner that was prejudicial to the integrity, proper conduct or good reputation of horseracing and having considered his record, they severely cautioned him concerning his future actions and warned him that a recurrence of this conduct could have more serious consequences.
